The quality of the jacket is nice once I finally received it. Please note that the jacket sizes are unisex although this is for a Sorority. The small was huge as it is a male small and was about a L/XL in women's size. The 4 star pertains to the quality of the jacket not the timeframe to receive. It took 3 months to receive it well beyond the delivery date shared and it was very difficult to reach someone regarding the whereabouts. However, from my credit card receipt I was able to find a vendor phone number and once I spoke with AJ, he went over and above to resolve the matter and get the jacket to me with urgency and a high level of good customer service.
